Went to WindowRama yesterday at the suggestion of our contractor. Tom was our sales person and was extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I. Actually several staff members gave input to help guide us through different options and questions we had. At the end of the visit we were extremely happy with our experience and our choices.

Laura is a superstar!!! I had an Andersen window screen that developed a hole, perfect for flying insects to find their way into the house. Called Laura, gave her the model number of the screen (bottom edge), and we had it the next day -- plus, it was significantly cheaper than the exact same screen listed on Andersen's site. (And yes, it was an Andersen screen and not a third-party knock-off). Great product, super-fast delivery, and just terrific customer service!
