I don't remember her name, but my usual cutter Tony M who normally cuts my hair was out and I needed my hair cut badly. So I took the advice of one of the girls and went to a woman in the first or second chair on the end near the entrance. It was a disaster. First off she wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut. Then she did something weird with the sides because my hair is very fine and now my hair looks like it's sticking out on the sides. That didn't bother me too much. She also made the back all choppy by the neck, something I've never had a problem with from Tony in ten years. But the worst thing is she at one put put a comb to...read full review

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I will not go back to this place. I went in for a single process color, trim, & blow out. When I walked in it had a very outdated environment to it. I didn't think too much of it and decided to still have my service done. I walked in with bright red hair and wanted to walk out with dark brown. I was seated and an older woman with an accent walked up to me (No issue with the accent, just want future visitors to be aware and change stylists). She asked me what I wanted, and right away said "that's not gonna be easy to cover." Now I know I am not a hairstylist but do have MANY years of experience coloring my own hair. I've also colored my hair doing the exact color transition at other salons without a problem. Going to bright red to dark brown is NOT difficult. I've done it over & over. The woman walks away from me without saying a word. Comes back 2 minutes later with what looked to be drugstore box dye bottle. Without saying a word or giving me a second to speak to her, she was squirting this bottle of dye all over my head. No consult, no color samples for me to look at. NO discussion for what I was trying to achieve AT all. I was very taken aback and didn't speak up because I felt genuinely uncomfortable in that moment. Professional salons I have been to always ask what I want or show me samples. This woman just started putting a random color onto my head. Most places also use a bowl and brush to make sure application is even and nicely done. Box dye bottle application normally turns out blotchy. I wasn't paying a professional to do something I could of done at home. The color experience was scary and I have never experienced that elsewhere. After the color was washed, she gave me a trim which I'm not complaining about. The haircut could of been much worse. After the trim she blew my hair out and it was probably one of the worst blowouts I have ever had. Sure enough, once the hair was dry, I noticed blotchy red areas still. Dark will cover light in all instances. The color was not applied properly so I was left with some red sections. I'm giving my hair a dye break and I will be going to a salon who actually cares about their customers and the customers satisfaction. This woman did what SHE wanted to do and I still had to pay for it. You get what you pay for for sure.
