I just wanted to acknowledge one of the girls that work in this Ulta..her name is Destiny..me and my sister took my 85 year old mom in there to buy a bunch of makeup..she was sooo nice and so patient with my mom. She helped us soo much and spent alot of time helping us pick out makeup for my mother who was very confused. She took her time with us and me and my sister really appreciated her..Thank you Destiny for going above and beyond to help
I recently visited the Ulta Beauty on Hylan Boulevard to pick up an online order, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The difference between this location and the Staten Island Mall store is like night and day. At the Staten Island Mall, I’ve encountered rude and dismissive staff who hardly acknowledge customers, and it feels like they don’t want to be there. But at the Hylan Boulevard location, it was the complete opposite. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome right away.

Went into Ulta to get my usual skin care and was met with a wonderful employee named Yousy. Not only did I walk out of there with different products but she informed me of the products that I was using for my skin type and how they were actually causing me more harm than good. I had no idea all the products i usually reach for were for oily skin tones but im over here with the dry skin hahaha but she showed me a variety of products for my skin type. she was very informative, energetic and charming. it was a wonderful experience over all and i walked out of there learning something new.
