As a loyal patron of Ulta for years, I was excited to visit this location for the first time. However, my experience left much to be desired.Upon entering the store, I was surprised by the lack of engagement from the staff. Unlike my previous experiences at Ulta, where employees have been proactive in offering assistance, I was met with silence and indifference. The only interaction I had was with the cashier at checkout, and even that felt obligatory.What disappointed me the most was the sense of being watched and judged throughout my shopping trip. Went to shop here and is kept very nice and clean. However I went to pay and there's 1 cashier, at holiday time no less...waited on line 10 minutes finally told by cashier the coupon I was using wasnt scanning that day. But she said pay anyway as it's only 15 dollars, in a nasty tone!. Didn't seem to know about overriding coupon, and with long line behind me didnt want to bother to ask for a manager. Very disappointing experience, won't return to this location.
