Plumber Jules serviced our building so well that he came out last minute at 8P on a Wednesday 07.12.2023 and had our water running within a couple of hours despite having to dig through fecal matter to unclog the drain which was stopped due to someone flushing a wig down the toilet in our community. The entire staff at Tri Star are utmost professionals. John the owner is glad to speak with you on high level matters. Ryan is the most knowledgeable field supervisor we work with. Omar has displayed strong dedication and work ethic onsite at buildings diagnosing leaks. Irena is always very helpful when having worked dispatched via their office. As a Property Manager I can say that I trust this outfit entirely, highly recommended.
