Sun River Health Staten Island

Sadly , our primary passed away suddenly and my husband and I needed to see a dr . We decided to go to sun river health on bay st and we are so happy we did from the receptionists sweetest girls so helpful to the drs all were very professional and friendly. Blood work is done at the office which is very convenient dr I saw was dr weyrauch dhecwas fabulous and very accurate . Thank you soMuch for getting my health back on track .

First time being here, there was no parking lot. Going in I was greeted right away, the receptionist were nice. I waited omg what felt like an hour and when I was finally called I was triaged right away but them put in a room and waited some more. I saw the OBGYN Feeta Caphart and she was very caring and her beside manners were amazing. She made sure to take her time to answer any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend her if you don't mind the wait time. She ran a bunch of test, blood is taken there which is convenient. I will be going again.

Staff and front desk workers were polite and respectful. Upon returning on the 2nd visit one of the male staff members were nonchalant and had his ear pods in his ear among communication.Overall this dentist office was very clean and knowledgeable about all my teeth problems. The dentist gave me a cleaning and a referral for my needs. They called 2weeks later to check up on me. He showed me my x-rays and all potential issues I need to take care of.I gave 1 star less of 5 because they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I plan to return.
