No communication. Aides are on the phone all day. Are these people even trained to care for the elderly? They will just sit at the table on their phone instead of talking to, interacting with, or cleaning up after the patient. Some make up their own hours. You’ll be lucky if the coordinator even lets you know an aide won’t be showing up or if there is a change in the aide. Also, being kind isn’t that hard and the rudeness on the phone is very unprofessional. 0/5 stars.
Have not had good experiences with their home healthcare attendants. Lazy doesn't even begin to describe them. My in-laws contracted COVID from the attendant, one was even resting on their bed! After complaining to switch attendants it has gone to deaf ears. Switching out. Would not recommend this agency.
