Specialties: Facials! Hmmm what can I say I’m so happy with the service and love their facials. I’ve tried few different ones (not at the same time) have come out rejuvenated every time.

“My mom and I came here with Groupons for the 75 minute customized facial. I believe we both had Lina (we went on separate days, back to back) and she was very good! Lina gave me the most amazing facial massage I've ever had and explained all of the steps that she was doing. I enjoyed the different masks that felt cold on my skin, it was a nice feeling! None of the products used burnt or irritated my skin. My mom said this was the best facial she's ever had and I've gifted her many over the years! The only two downsides to this establishment was 1. The parking which took me 20 minutes, the area is kind of weird and doesn't have much street parking and 2. The room I was in was right next to the front desk so I could hear people loudly talking. Overall, I would come back here for another facial and try out some of their other treatments“

“I was gifted a massage for Mother’s Day. I’ve been to Cloud 9 countless times and always have a great experience. This one truly takes the cake. I am a physical therapist and I developed severe pain in my dominant thumb the day before my massage. Before my massage, I spoke to my LMT Simone and explained the pain I was in. Simone adjusted my massage (with my permission) and worked on my thumb for a good portion of the session. She went the extra mile to meet my needs. “I’ve been going to Michelle lashes for collagen facials for over a year now. The atmosphere is nice & clean, the staff are just as nice! On my way out once, I asked about their lash lift service & Candy suggested I do it with her next time I come in. I did just that, and boy do I regret it. During the process, I had an uneasy feeling that she left the chemical on my lashes for too long, felt like around 25 mins before going in a 2nd time with the chemical. I was worried until I saw the end result, it looked beautiful. One looked more lifted than the other but still beautiful. However as soon as I stepped out & got in the car, I felt my lashes pressing against my lids & was so disappointed especially since their specialty is lashes. Now my lashes are over processed, it’s been 2 days since & a few lashes have fell out & I can’t do anything to fix this…Just have to wait it out for 6-8 weeks.

**UPDATE**: The owner of Michelle Lashes immediately reached out to me & was kind enough to fix the lash service for me! My right lashes are still over processed & curled, however Michelle was able to make them look presentable and as similar to each other as possible. Thank you Michelle! “I decided to stay a customer with the new owner and give them a try. I’ve been coming since the end of December. The new owners fixed up the shop and have been great. I usually get a regular mani pedi. So far I’ve been very pleased. So happy I stayed. Plus bonus regular pedi special only 25.00
