Al Kiswani from Service Master Restoration Solutions is an angel. Period! My husband and I suffered major damage to our attic and master bedroom from the rains of Hurricane Henri and then the following week when Ida hit. Our insurance claim adjuster recommended Al as he had used him for work on his house. After Al and I spoke I knew we weren't going to reach out to anybody else. Overall, I would have to give them a below average rating. Here's why: 1. they assigned an electrician who didn't have the correct credentials and didn't get them in time - which caused us to lose at least 1 week of time. 2. their assigned project leader was very difficult to get a hold of. 3. they left our damaged and undamaged possessions out in the open during rain and snow and didn't obtain a dumpster until I had to push them. 4. they claimed that my town would not allow a storage pod on our property despite repeated requests - I have since been able to get one on site without a problem. 5. their cleanup of my basement was incomplete. 6. their... read full review

This company has been sent by my All State agent due to neighbor's fire, this cleaning co. is so thourgh the men took over and started the air filters and clean up from walls,ceiling and inside cabinets. Bill Podurgiel at 718 984 6660 or 800 808 8218 is the best tell your insurance company they are far better than ServPro. who put damaged cheap filter and do nothing purifier in hallway. Only one mind you Smoke & Water damage A+
