Sambo & Judo School

I trained for two years at Combat Sambo Center and feel that it is the best place around for complete self defense classes. They offer a combined package of kickboxing, Sambo and Judo. I am in the best shape of my life and I am over 40 years old.

My wife trained at the Combat Sambo Center with her friend for a year. She felt that she needed to take self defense just in case she ran into a problem in a parking lot or on the street. She used to be nervous to go shopping at the mall at night but today she is not. She has taught me some of what she learned. I am going to take Sambo classes in a month from now.

I've been learning Judo at Combat Sambo Center in Staten Island, NY for several months now and really happy with this school! Every class kicks your butt like crazy with an amazing cardio and you get to learn different combos at the same time. I think it's a great way to learn to fight and get in shape for such affordable price! The school is great for private lessons as well since all the instructors are great and have a lot of experience in martial arts! If you want to learn to fight you got to spar and learn the skill at the same time, and that's what this school is focusing on. Anyway, I am really happy and highly recommend Combat Sambo Center for others!!
