I had an issue with my front door lock not working properly, Removing the lock was a bigger task then I expected. I got stuck on a complicated issue and was advised by Louie to try a certain attempt to procure the problem. This attempt worked very well. I appreciate his expertise in the field of his business and he saved me $$$.
Matt showed up within 20 minutes of the call. He saw right away the problem and did a very professional job to solve it. I could not have a better locksmith. Will call again if I’ll have a problem.
I asked them to unlock a door for me, and they arrived on site within 20 minutes. It took them another 10 minutes to get it open. And they were relatively more affordable than everyone else.
