Richmond Center is all about their patients, the staff is excellent. Tania the patient advocate was wonderful and helped me throughout my whole stay with any questions I had that needed to be answered she made them crystal clear. Aaron the assistant administer was available to answer any questions I had, he was very informative and helpful. Very satisfied with this rehabilitation center & nursing home.
I give Richmond Center’s Staff 5 stars!! Iris from Rehab is Great!! Aaron, Assistant Administrator is Great!! Tania, Patient Advocate is the best. Tania will help you and is very honest with patients. She is very pleasant and always has a smile!! Thank you Guys for making me feel special……
Tonia D in my opinion is an asset to Richmon because of the things she's helped me with and how helpful she is to other residents it's seems she has an ear for you and honestly listens to what you have to say she has given me valid info/ advise that has always worked out for me she also has a GREAT sense of humor and a pleasant smile I've seen her make the difficult elders here laugh and smile and to see that done you would say that it was effortless and sincere you may not be apart of the conversation but you would leave smiling her smile is contiguous at any rate to have a staff member like that is simply priceless and that's why I give Tonia D 5... read full review
