Lou came in ready to evaluate and do the job. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I had a few bugs that needed exterminating. THIS is the guy you want. Quick response, courteous, professional, reasonable and extremely competent. Louis removed a large yellow jacket nest that was under a pile of wood, removed all the wood and replaced it after he took the nest and didn't charge a dime more to do all that extra work.
