Best family MMA school on the island. Hands on experience from very beginning. Great friendly atmosphere. Amazing senseis.My kids started 5 years ago at an age of 4. The schools emphasis on discipline and self defence made them ready to face the real world.
NYC MMA is a great place for all! Sensei George and Sensei Laura's dedication to meaningful skill development in all mixed martial art forms, instilling respect, encouraging effort, and building a community that feels like a family makes this a special place. Highly recommended!
