My appointment with Dr. Ling has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door, the level of efficiency and cordiality had me impressed. Then, I met with the nurse, I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She had to ask all the pertinent questions and at some point I broke down in tears, it had been such a long time since I was able to express myself, entirely. Brought in my aunt and uncle for their forth shot there was a bit of confusion when it came to understanding the protocols. As frustrated as my aunt and uncle became, there was a lady helping us I believe her name was Rahelle. She took the time to explain it all to my aunt and uncle making the process much easier. Thank you to all the helpful staff.

The site has easily accessible hours. Parking is limited. The staff is upbeat, knowledgeable and compassionate. Results have been available sometimes in less than twenty four hours for a PCR test and very soon after a quick test. This site is a valuable asset to a community that just recently lost a nearby testing site. It is vital that it remain open.
