Mr. Sandless Staten Island

So happy with my 100 year old floors thanks to Matt and his crew at Mr. Sandless Staten Island. My new apartment has its original 100+ year old wood floors. I knew sanding them was out of the question because there's nothing left to remove, so I was looking for an option to make the floors look as good as possible. After finding the information about the Mr. Sandless process, I called the two closest franchises. Matt at Mr. Sandless Staten Island was extremely generous with his time explaining everything to me and his price was far more reasonable than the other franchise. The crew that came was professional and it really only took a few hours. What I love most is that the process did not remove the character which has developed in the century old wood; rather it cleaned them up and left them shiny and protected. My sister has beautiful rugs that I was going to put over the floors, but I love the floors so much, I think I'll skip the rugs!

Thanks, Matt, for the wonderful "new" floors!We bought an old house with floors in need of refinishing. The floors were worn out, scuffed, had paint dribbles, and were just dull. Matt's crew did an amazing job revitalizing the floors; they really brightened up nicely. They were fast (all told it was ~5 hours for 7 rooms), courteous (the worked around the guy installing the Internet), and the price was great, too!The attached photos are of the same room. One is mid-coat (the first of several) after being cleaned and shows the contrast wonderfully. The other is the final product.Cheers, Matt!

If you’re looking to redo your wood floors without the sanding mess, this is the way to go. Mr. Sandless of Staten Island did my floors and they look amazing. They are courteous, neat, professional, and caring. My floors look super. They are so shiny and perfect. 10/10! Call Mr. Sandless, you will not be disappointed.
