I don't even know where to begin my experience was so wonderful
I was new to the area and needed the locks changed on my new place.
Wanting to be certain to get the best value and the safest law to protect my family I decided to visit the store. The store was super easy to find and I was delighted when there was parking right in front and it was ground level making it easy to unstrap my baby and bring him in with me.
I was greeted by a very sweet woman who assured me that they'd be able to install a new cylinder same day and gave me a time frame that was extremely reasonable.

Walter came out to get my 12 year old safe open when the dial mechanism failed. He worked meticulously for several hours to both open the safe, show me the issue once open, explained how it could be fixed, provided me the estimate on the spot, fashioned new hardware inside the door, and replaced the dial lock with a new electronic one. Could not be happier. Big thanks to Walter and his wife for getting me scheduled in and fixing the issue!!!

Walter made 36 key copy for me in least than 30 mins and when I went to test them they all worked.Went the next day and his wife stamped all of them with out any problems.Good quality keys and great service.My business been using Minkel for years.Ceasar Figueroa.
