I have used the chapel for 3 different funerals. They were kind, caring, helpful and made the most difficult times...easier.They were never too busy to answer my questions or address my concerns. Thank you for helping me get through so many challenges.

The staff at Menorah Chapels were perfect. We started the process after 9:30 at night, I talked to someone from their service, and got a call back in 15 minutes, and the guy (I think his name was Jason, he was awesome) was on the phone with me for over a half hour explaining every step in the process, and what we needed to do. We were absolutely clueless about everything before that call, and they were very detailed about what we had to do. The next day we sat and met with Peter, and he walked us through everything that remained to be done. Day of the funeral and burial, all of his staff (including the Rabbi and limo driver, all arranged through them) were fantastic....read full review

Im surprised that google allows unstable people to write a review on things they know nothing about..3 reviews by Mrs Shamam, Elizabeth Bahar, and Kasif Dabush are just plain lies...they are upset with the fact that this establishment DID NOTHING INCORRECT in handling their services, both the Credit card and NYS both concluded that this funeral home acted in accordance with the Law, and that this family is upset with the situation that occured in Mrs Shamams daughter's passing. If she is so religious, she would have known it is COMMON Practice of NOT viewing a deceased, let alone one who was burned beyond recognition. She paid to have her daughter removed from the grave...read full review
