I have been contemplating a backyard renovation for a few years. My property is on a hill and backyard access is a challenge. I also had trouble envisioning the project. While I met with a few contractors and received an estimate or two, none of them impressed me. A number of contractors turned the job down as it was difficult and they were already busy with much easier jobs. In the meantime I needed some minor masonry repairs to the front of my property and contacted Loffreno to provide a quote as they were recommended by a friend. On a whim I asked Marco to take a look at the backyard to see what his thoughts were on renovating the space. He had me at the word “drainage.” Not only did he provide a beautiful, clear vision of the possibilities, he was clearly already troubleshooting the existing issues. Marco was very helpful and patient with my MANY questions, concerns, and design tweaks. While he was not the GC on the job, he acted as one by helping to coordinate all the moving pieces, contractors and vendors involved with the project. He kept the project on pace and it was actually completed ahead of schedule. Team Loffreno arrived on time each day and worked hard to get the job done. Marco was on site each day to ensure that the job was completed to his standards. The work areas were left clean and tidy each day. And in the blink of an eye, a backyard eyesore was transformed into a stunning outdoor living space. Work included a new patio, pool patio, three retaining walls, several sets of steps and creative, colorful landscaping. We recently had a flooded basement due to Ida. We didn’t know who to call so we looked up reviews and Loffreno Landscape came up with excellent reviews. Marco answered his phone and came right away to give us an estimate. He was very honest and helpful in telling us what we would need to do. We decided to go with him and we were extremely pleased with the job done. Marco kept us apprised at all times as to what would be happening, what time his crew would arrive and was always there to give us much needed advice and options to go with. We did decide to go a step further and have them do other things suggested and we are so glad we did. His crew were very polite and respectful and the job was totally completed in less than a week. I recommend this company highly and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Loffreno Contracting just completed an amazing job building a retaining wall and repairing and replacing stairs at the front of my home. Excellent communication, a great eye for design and architecture ideas to compliment the beautiful concrete work! Reasonable prices too! I am so happy! <3
