“My mom and I came here with Groupons for the 75 minute customized facial. I believe we both had Lina (we went on separate days, back to back) and she was very good! Lina gave me the most amazing facial massage I've ever had and explained all of the steps that she was doing. I enjoyed the different masks that felt cold on my skin, it was a nice feeling! None of the products used burnt or irritated my skin. My mom said this was the best facial she's ever had and I've gifted her many over the years! The only two downsides to this establishment was 1. The parking which took me 20 minutes, the area is kind of weird and doesn't have much street parking and 2. The room I was in was right next to the front desk so I could hear people loudly talking. Overall, I would come back here for another facial and try out some of their other treatments“

“The woman at check-in desk just right of the entrance door is so friendly. Brittany, who I see, is always thorough, efficient, & friendly. She has me in and out quickly. The other staff that I briefly interact with are friendly. Wait time is generally not too bad. Waiting room and exam rooms are clean & bright. There is a small parking lot which is nice.“

“I love this place! I've been here a few times over the last few years, and my mother-in-law has a package with them. I usually do their facials, and I've also done massages. Every person I've encountered is very friendly, and the services are great as well. They're very reasonably priced compared to other places. Their waiting area has comfortable seating, as well as tea and hot water. Their bathroom is also very clean.

I read some other reviews where they felt like the products were pushed on to them. I was there two days ago and no one even asked if I was interested in a product. However, another customer asked a few questions about one product, and the employee went through a few products and their purposes / ingredients so the customer could make an educated purchase. I assume that's what the other reviews are talking about, and maybe they didn't enjoy receiving more information than they asked for.“
