i've gone to the salon for years, I have gotten my haircut, conditioning treatment, dyed,sewn in hair extensions! I i'm not a fan of no parking so it's always hard to find a good parking spot, I think that they are very honest and blunt business people and a lot of people are not a fan of that. People also have to understand that for some of them English as a second language so it is a language barrier, with communication for certain hair colors or styles and if you're afraid it's not gonna come out good you should go somewhere that they speak English as a first language in my opinion. I was there for a while, so here's an honest review: It's a salon for quick in and out service- so do not expect any frills (this was a plus for me). But this place is not for you if you have textured hair, I'm talking 3a+. I have 3b-3c hair and they complained the whole time. At one point, I had to ask them to not go over the same spot so much with heat because my hair was burning (you could smell it). They just didn't seem to know how to handle my hair. I did leave a tip, but the bills were wrapped into each other so it didn't look like much and I got a pretty mean eye roll.
