First Impressions has been my go to place for a few years now. The staff is so friendly and warm, they greet me with happy faces all the time. Everything is well organized and clean. All hair services are reasonable and affordable. I was nervous about getting extensions and the damage it may cause my hair, but Tony was very patient in answering my all questions and helped me understand the process, different styles, hair textures, colors and aftercare. Zana is my go to at 1st Impressions, she is amazingly talented and does amazing color, cuts and blow drys. She also cuts children's hair, she cut my daughters hair wonderfully and it is growing out beautifully layered. Zana is very welcoming, kind and sweet. Everytime I see her it's like I'm catching up with a dear friend. She makes you feel comfortable and gives great advice. Zana is a treasure at 1st Impressions!!!

I have been going to Dori for many years. She is an incredibly talented professional, she is super accommodating and an all around amazing person. I am so grateful for her talent, expertise and friendship. I go to her for both color and haircuts and she always guides and supports me to be the best version of myself.
