Awful service. Called the company at 4pm, they told me they will make their way to my house. 10pm came around and no one showed up. I called multiple times between that time frame and each time they told “we’re on the road”. Just awful.Services: Drain cleaning

This is the second part of my first & last experience with this TERRIBLE company.. Almost exactly a week to the day since the mechanics left my house my basement shower backed up again, the same exact sewer line the same exact problem. This time I opened up my ejector pump MYSELF & there was toilet paper & fescues caught between the pump & pvc line from toilet/shower So the mechanics from Father & Son pushed the ball of toilet paper & crap with their snake & it never was cleared properly. Guess they needed to snake another foot to clear the drain or wait to see if the pump would clear out the drain not leave after they plugged sump pumps back... read full review
