Place is great! Go here for tiles and installations, you will not be disappointed. Installers are neat, professional and do quality work. Very considerate and efficient. Very good work at fair prices.

I had bought tile from Family Tile for our bathroom renovation 3 years ago. Finally got up to the tiling portion and was 6 tiles short!!!!! When I went back to Family Tile we found out that the company had discontinued that particular tile. Sue was AMAZING and went above and beyond to help us. She called the warehouse and when they said they had none left she called another contact from that warehouse and was able to get us a WHOLE BOX of the tile that we needed. I am so grateful to Sue . My family will be forever customers for sure!!! Wish that all businesses cared as much about their customers. Thank you again Sue.
