I am only writing this review because of all the negative reviews I've seen. First off, most of the people writing reviews are probably upset because either they weren't listening, or they didn't explain exactly what they needed. I've seen many people do this when I worked in retail. More often than not the problems are the customers, NOT the store.That said, I have gone here twice now. They NEVER tried to sell me designer lenses OR designer frames. When I did not like the generic free frames, I asked to see nicer framers. I CHOSE to ask, and that is when they showed them to me.
