I had an appointment scheduled for 2:15pm. They called me a week before the appointment asking if I can come at 11am. Fine with me.I showed up at 10:50am. Guess what happens... I wated for almost 1.5 hrs and they never called me in. I got my copay back and left. Huge waste of my time.
