My experience here (was a first at this location in New Dorp, Staten Island), and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a CityMD. I was first greeted by a very nice receptionist who guided me to use the kiosk to check in. Once that was done, I was called up by the other really sweet receptionist (within the next minute), and assisted me with locating my insurance member ID #, as I completely forgot to bring my card with me. As I was trying to help locating it on my phone, she was able to locate it within a few minutes, and assisted me with the remainder of the check-in process. I always have a copay of $45 that I prefer to pay on the spot. This time I go to pay it and the receptionist tells me "You actually owe $0". I knew that was wrong but she insisted. I get an electronic bill for $45 as soon as I get home and an additional $22 charge that no one has an explanation for. Doctors are amazing though
I went to this Urgent Care and let me say that - the staff is so kind, professional and calm. You guys do great work! Go here, its the best Urgent Care on the Island. Always VERY satisfied with CityMD New Dorp.
