I had a recent issue with the AC they installed several months. I called on a weekend over their WhatsApp connection. I got a response within 20 minutes and scheduled service. When they came, they not only fixed the problem (it wasn't with their equipment, but with my breaker box) and recommended some long terms solutions.
Compared to their competition AquaTech offered the best price and service hands down. The price was a fraction of what the competitor wanted for a 3 unit AC replacement and installation and it came with an amazing warranty and guarantee. Chris and his workers did everything possible to get the job done soon as summer is approaching. I have dealt with a lot of repairmen, contractors, etc. and Chris’ workers exceeded my expectations. They left their work space spotless, carefully moved all the furniture for me and the installation itself was flawless. These guys understand generators. They combine the pertinent skills of a plumber, electrician and car mechanic to install, configure and service them. They are knowledgeable, reachable, polite, prompt and reasonably priced. Put them on your short list for this kind of work.
