I used this company as part of the Choice Home Warranty Service Plan for my oven range when it stopped working. The technician was a true professional and figured out the issue pretty quickly, ordered the parts, and fixed them as part of the second visit. They were very quick in responding to text messages (they really raised the bar as the average response time was less than 5 minutes every time). Overall, it was a great experience with this company. ( I had to deal with other agencies in the past as part of CHW and 90% of them had no clue what they were doing.)

I had a horrible experience with another service company but Applix installed my exhaust hood within a week's time. Great communication and very professional and knowledgeable service technician. Very satisfied customer.
