This company is outstanding! Their level of detail is exceptional! The team showed up on time and in force. Everyone knew exactly their mission. They worked like a Swiss watch. I have several metal roofs in my neighborhood and none look look like mine. The level of craftsmanship this team brings is outstanding! This company hires and retains skilled craftsman that go above and beyond to provide some of the best work I have ever seen. I would not only recommend them but would be my only call on future projects. It is hard to find this level of detail and craftsmanship today. Thank you for treating my home like it was your own!

I never thought replacing a roof would be a surreal experience, but Proctor Enterprise had me in total awe. Cue "The Ride of the Valkyries". A fleet of Proctor trucks pulled into the driveway, a ladder went up and the Proctor crew attacked the roof. 10-12 crew members were on the roof removing shingles, paper and drip edge, unpacking new shingles, prepping for rubber, hoisting up decking; with others on the ground cleaning, handing up supplies, prepping materials. All in sync as a well oiled machine, demonstrating the highest level of efficient and harmonious teamwork. These guys are awesome ! Not only do they do great work but they are kind as well ! I was on my way from Rochester to Penn Yan to work at the hospital for the day . I somehow picked up 5 nails on my tire . I noticed their shop door open so I pulled in looking for help . Within minutes I had 5 guys working on removing the nails , and plugging the tire ! I tried several times to pay them or at least buy them coffee and donuts but they refused . Kindness like this is rare these days . Thanks again fellas !
