Over the holiday weekend, I had a leak from the valve behind the washing machine in my upstairs laundry room. I remembered that the man who installed the water pump for my well told me if I ever needed a plumber, Empire was the best. He was spot on. Dustin came yesterday morning soon after I spoke with Michelle in the office. He is an exceptional plumber and a nice guy. He assessed the situation, explained what had to be done, warned me that he might have to open the wall and started the project. I swear he was done in less than 20 minutes. He did not have to open the wall and placed a new valve on the pipe. It's perfect. I did laundry last night and it was a pleasure that everything was perfect. The charge was very fair and I will never call any other plumber. Thank you.

Needed toilet replaced. Very happy with EPS. Dustin was on time, courteous, professional. He got to work and quickly installed new toilet. He also inspected two other issues, giving me his suggestions. Will definitely hire him again and highly recommend EPS .Service: Toilet installation
