I've been a customer of this ********************** for well over 6 years. Despite a change in their booking policy (they askedthat you submit payment 24 hours ahead of your service, then it moved to 5 days ahead of your service) and their questionable ******************************, I enjoyed my cleaning lady.Last year we rescheduled a last minute service because we tested positivefor COVID. Today, we tried to reschedule 24 hours ahead of our schedule because my husbandhas the flu. We were not asking for a refund, only that we are able to move the appointment back by one week. The customer ********************** person told us that we couldNOT rescheduleand we wouldNOT be issued a refund. When we pushed back (because we were actuallydoing the right thing in making sure that we quarantined) they told us that we could reschedulebut we would have to pay 50% of the service fee. For what?After being a customer for over 6 years, we've only rescheduled once. One time.We had a recurringmonthlyappointment, which obviously meant nothing to them because they chose not to be flexible and do the right thing.Keep your sanity. There are so many other companies who have ethics and morals when it comes to operating a business.

I’ve used this company twice & the cleaners always show up late. The service was so so but I figured I’d be supportive. However, I find the owner or contact person to be rude & unprofessional & that's a deal breaker for me. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Cleaning

This is an extremely unprofessional business. I booked a Groupon for 4 hours for a cleaning of a 2-3 bedroom home. The offer specified 1 bathroom is included. They refused me service because the house has more than one bathroom even though I only want them to touch one bathroom. What house has 3 bedrooms and a maximum of 1 bathroom? This offer should say it’s for apartments. The contact person is extremely rude as well.
