I've been to a few different yoga studios in the area, this one is by far my favorite! The floor length curtains and gorgeous wood floors really make you feel comfortable and welcome. Some studios have mirrors, but I prefer this studio's large windows that look out into the woods. The instructors are very sweet and encouraging to yogis at all levels. Some other studios can be a bit awkward if you're new, but I felt instantly comfortable at Yoga Synthesis. Also, their $40 for 30 days of unlimited yoga is a great deal. The Ramsey location is also a nice experience, you can take classes at either studio with a purchased package.

I am a first time yoga enthusiast, so I have no basis to compare, but I've attended 6 classes here with several different instructors. All of them are talented, patient and kind to me, helping me improve while also keeping it challenging for the other students. I haven't had any issues with noise from the coffee bar next door and the air is just fine. The view out the windows into the woods is wonderful and really helps your focus during poses.
