I am very impressed with quality air responsiveness. I had some questions in regards to my A/C and he had a tech out within 30 min and had it up and running a few mins later! A pleasureto work with. Highly recommend.Services: HVAC system maintenance
I was very pleased with the response of the professional servicemen. They took the time to not only make sure that the system was working well, they also gave me a very brief outline of what it is that they were doing and why they were doing it so that I, a layman can understand . Thank you!
We had an issue with our air conditioner. Two other businesses insisted we must change the condenser. Once we contacted Quality Air we knew we were in good hands. Not only did they inform us our unit was still under warranty but they were also able to simply change the compressor which solved the problem (of course they checked what was the problem in order that this will not happen again) . They saved us time and money. When we interacted with any employees they were polite, knowledge, and helpful. Thanks for keeping us cool!
