Love the doctors, nurses, staff, and interior. The only issue was that it took longer than normal to be seen . This was the first time, however, that it took that long to be seen (maybe 40 minutes).
The providers are kind and extremely kid friendly. My child had questions and they answered all of his concerns. Great to have the appointment since they honor appointments before walk ins and having an x-ray machine on-site makes it easier than having to schedule an x-ray on your own or sitting in an emergency room with a young child for hours. This medical model has been the best option for my kids. I've been using PM Pediatrics for over 10 years.
We took my 4 year old daughter to PM Pediatric in Spring Valley on a busy Saturday because her earrings were stuck in her lobe (i know, how?). One of her ears was infected and there was no way that I could take it out. The staff were super kind and let me know the suggested time so that the provider could see her asap. When I went in, the office was definitely clean and child friendly. TV shows with animals to make her calm and laugh and decor of the jungle. They have baby hospital beds in the rooms (I cant so cute). The nurse came in and said she sees this all of the time (what!). There was no way to numb the ears because it would hurt more so the doctor made us comfortable... read full review
