Never had an issue with any of the receptionists in fact they were always so helpful and kind. Today I called and I was on hold for 20 minutes even more and I honestly don’t mind but after waiting for some time, one of the receptionist was so rude for absolutely no reason. I explained my concern and asked why I was denied for a refill and I just received an attitude in every response she gave. Even towards the end of the call, she kept rushing every question I had.
The receptionist was very kind and answered every one of my questions. It was my first time going but I had a great experience, the nurse that attended me was really sweet and comforting!!
At Planned Parenthood I was immediately comforted by the staff on the phone, and their friendly and welcoming demeanor translated very well in person at the office. My visit was easy and thorough and my concerns were effectively addressed and resolved.
