Radiology technician Melody was so very nice and has a bubbly personality which just eases all the stress, and worries away.
Made me feel very relaxed, as i was in alot of pain.
One of the best urgent care facilities i have been too, would highly recommend this place
I was there today. Everyone was very nice. I have not had good experiences with doctors but if these people keep their bedside manner I am sure they will be over whelmed. Thank you for being nice and listening.
Came in with my child for a strep test today … the waiting room was empty.. but clean and pleasant.. with water and coffee machine. a bit of a wait while paperwork was processed but the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful and gave my child a coin to get a prize in the prize machine! When we were finally seen, the nurse was very pleasant and patient. The PA, Ephraim, had a very good way with kids and put my child at ease. We had a glitch with a script being sent to the pharmacy but the PA, who was very busy, did his best to clear up the issue and make sure we got the medicine needed. Thanks Med Rite
