I had the same problem with this business. On my way there I called for exact location and was put on hold..by the time I arrived, on time for my appt, by cab, scarf on head, hair in hand I called again and was shot a text.." I'm busy I can't talk"...I'm outside searching i called again, " "I can't talk, call back later".i was outside and she was acting like she didnt care or she forgot....I'm outside heated searching every door, I walk around the corner finally finding this place where others may not have looked. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.Poor communication when trying to find out the exact location of the business. Dismissive when trying to explain what hairstyle was wanted. Was told they don't know how to do box braids and actually asked to see a tutorial video on how to braid. Rude on top of everything else.Do NOT waste your time or money here. They need to go back to cosmetology school as well as apply for some courses on professionalism.
