Just a great business! Needed a propane line installed for new gas range, Lori in the business office was so helpful, courteous, prompt replies, scheduled the work quickly and followed up to make sure we had what we needed for Town of Brookhaven Building permit. Plumber Mark and his partner Jesse did a terrific job from start to finish installing piping neatly and ensuring gauge would pass Town inspection. Once approved they returned and connected range to gas line, converted range from natural gas (as shipped) to propane, tested everything and fired it up! So happy with their service, polite, neat, efficient. Highly recommend! Thanks to A to Z, we're cooking with gas!

Felt I needed to write a review as saw the previous negative one, and I had the totally opposite experience. I called them when my toilet broke down just before the long Holiday weekend. They were booked and out East, but Vicky texted Rob to see if he could come by if not too late. Thursday did not work, but Good Friday at 6 pm, Rob came by. After an hour, and new parts put in, water line checked, it was working. He was even nice enough to check another to make sure that one did not have the same problem. So Rob, on Good Friday, when it would have been nice for him to start his holiday, felt I was more important. Thank you A to Z for caring and allowing me to have a wonderful Easter. Would recommend them big time!!!! Love from my country home in the Hamptons!
