“Amazing response to our AC problem a few weeks ago. Came out a few hours after we called and told them our Air conditioning was not working-given that it was almost i0 degrees outside, we needed a quick fix. After looking at our furnace and A/C, he told us both units were 18 yrs old -we've been in the house for 6 yrs, so fixing it was not cost effective and our unit was 80% efficiency. After we agreed on the appropriate size and high efficiency-we scheduled for next day install. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need. When finished, they walked me thru everything that was done, answered any questions I had and included a 1 year free check up/cleaning. Could not be more pleased. Love supporting our local businesses as well.“

“We had a dishwasher drain that failed and caused a mess unexpectedly. The water remediation guys came immediately and took care of drying everything out. Shawn handled updating all our kitchen drains in the meantime time so this wouldn't reoccur. He was efficient, friendly, and came immediately to correct the problem when we noticed one of the joints that attached to the old cast iron pipe was leaking. Although plumbing issues are always a headache, we appreciate the positive experience they made it for us. We will continue to use Roto for any future issues.“
