“After realizing the previous owner of our house had the 60ft deck installed without flashing, we realized we had major rot problem on our hands. We called everyone we could and everyone (including John) was booked for months. John offered to come by and take a look anyway as did a few others. John was the only one who came as promised. He took the time to walk my husband through the different scenarios and wrote up a professional quote and contract. Knowing we were in a bad situation, John worked us in immediately. “Lucien Brisson Sr. was very responsive when I left a message for him to call me back. As it turns out he was the one that put our original roof on in 1968 - they have been doing roofing for a long time! Lucien Brisson Jr. was excellent to work with when we did a complete tear off and replacement of 2 very old skylights that were no longer see through. I also appreciated that unlike other estimates we got that were just quoted at "$60 a plywood sheet" he told us what it would cost to do the 2 different sections of our roof so we weren't surprised. The team was wonderful, showed up when they said they would, were friendly, cleaned up well, and returned things that they moved to where they were. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend using him.“

“Dan and his workers did an amazing job removing the chimney/fireplace and repairing the foundation that the previous contractor 20 plus years ago broke through to install the fireplace insert, which no one knew they did till after the chimney was removed they also had to repair the peek of the house that the previous contractor cut to put the chimney in, he also had to replace some siding where the chimney was all in all i would definitely highly recommend Dan and his crew for your needed work and we would use him again if needed.“

“Westside Developers did an excellent job with doing siding and windows on our house! They were professional, efficient, and responsive. I told the owner what I was looking for and the end result I wanted and they took care of everything I had asked. All of the workers were polite and very neat with thier work. I had neighbors comment on how neat they were with cleanup and how punctual they were. Would recommend them to anyone looking for similar type of work!“

“As a recent first time home owner having my roof done as my first major project was rather nerve wracking. However I had the pleasure of working with the project manager Patrick and his crew lead by Manny. Working with everyone on the team was a wonderful experience . The crew not only finished the project to my surprise in one day, but did so with great care!

Throughout the day of installation Patrick did an excellent job of keeping me updated on how it was going. Multiple times I came out to see how things were and he would take the time to walk me through the process. He made it very easy to understand how, why and what was going on. I loved that during the process he would update my companycam timeline with up to date pictures all through the day.

The quality was certainly there with the work done by his crew. Something that stood out to me was the pride that they take in doing there job, and not just getting it done so they can leave. At the end when the project was done, Manny noticed a section in my siding that had a decent sized gap left over. (I had 4 layers of roof removed). Despite the project being done and this not being their responsibility they took the time to patch it up. This way no rain or snow could get between my house walls and siding.

I have a lot of confidence and peace of mind that the work was done right by the right people.“
