Rochester Heating & Cooling was recommended to us by a family member after another company inspected our AC for just a cleaning and having a piece broken in the process, then giving an insane quote to fix it. Mike was very friendly and informative about fixing our old AC unit. The job turned out a little more than initially thought (more on a preventative future breakdown since it is a pretty old unit and he found another part was in very bad shape) and with all parts on hand, got it up and running again in same visit. The estimate and the extra unplanned fix were extremely fair and will definitely be our go-to for future AC/furnace needs.
Had a fantastic experience with Rochester Heating & Cooling! After getting an absurd quote from another company for a repair, I was looking for recommendations as I always make sure to get second opinions and shop around. My parents suggested RH&C as they had used them in the past for an installation and even after the first conversation I was very pleased. Mike gave detailed and thorough information while also being very personable, and provided a very fair estimate for the repair of our AC unit. He was quick to reply to my calls and questions and even got us in before the originally scheduled date. I certainly will continue to use RH&C in the future, it’s always nice to find someone who you can tell isn’t just trying to get as much money out of you as they can, and RH&C is one that it’s easy to tell is not only reputable and knowledgeable, but also fair and affordable. 10/10!!
