Amazing response to our AC problem a few weeks ago. Came out a few hours after we called and told them our Air conditioning was not working-given that it was almost i0 degrees outside, we needed a quick fix. After looking at our furnace and A/C, he told us both units were 18 yrs old -we've been in the house for 6 yrs, so fixing it was not cost effective and our unit was 80% efficiency. After we agreed on the appropriate size and high efficiency-we scheduled for next day install. I'm really satisfied with the service I received from Hi-Qual. The techs that completed the work of my furnace installation were very respectful of our property and did a beautiful install. The whole process was very easy from the estimate to the install. Don set everything up and all went well as scheduled. If you need any service with your furnace, I highly recommend this company.

Quick and reliable service. Same day service with a failed heater. (but I did have a previous relationship with them , so I am unsure if that helps). Love all the staff, from front desk to the technicians, they are all very friendly and informational. Of course the price always stinks with getting a heater fixed, but compared to anyone else, I would say they are very fair. They are the only company I know that is less than $100 for diagnostic, and if they have to do any repairs, that fee can go towards the charge. No one else does that. And they don't charge overtime. highly recommend if you are in the Rochester area. Family owned companies are always a much better... read full review
