As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Jenna was very helpful. Kathleen was very knowledgable about some concerns I have about my sons football injury. I had a massage by Christina who really knows her anatomy. She uses very specific techniques & helped me tremendously with my back pain. I will definitely be back & I recommend this spa
