Our heat went out at 5pm. Originally called another company - they said that I needed a new boiler and left me without heat. I called Burts and they arrived 30 mins later. Fixed the problem with the controller within 25 mins. Thank you so much for saving us Jeff!!!!!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Called on Christmas Eve for no heat and they came to the house 45 minutes later. Mark and Eddie are professional and thorough. The ladies in the office/phones are always a pleasure to speak to as well.

Was having issues with no heat on one of zones and tech came out immediately and was able to logically and systematically narrow fault to base connector of thermostat and offered a thermostat replacement until I could order a new one - kind, polite and very professional
