“I have been coming here forever! I have long hair and every stylist wants to cut, cut, cut! Teresa Storm actually listens and advises accordingly. I have since moved off the North Fork to Hampton Bays but still travel every 5 weeks to see Teresa! My honey-bunny and my sons see Emily (Teresa's daughter). They are awesome! The shop/bathroom is clean and the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend in a heartbeat!“

“Last year when I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy, I decided to do use a system called coldcapping to help try and save some of my hair. The process was uncomfortable but ultimately I saved about 50% of my hair. When coldcapping you have a fair amount of hair shedding and are only allowed to wash your hair once a week. Myles offered to squeeze me into her busy Friday schedule and wash my hair for me every week while undergoing treatment. Myles was amazing and help eased my anxiety on the weeks I would have my big sheds. I don’t think I could have gone through this experience with out her to be honest. She was the perfect person to help me remain calm and showed me and unbelievable amount of support. Not only is she amazing at her craft but she is an amazing human being who showed me so much kindness during one of the most hardest times in my life.“

“I happened to find this salon by accident. My husband stopped at the deli to get something and then I saw the hair salon. I googled Studio 3 to find amazing reviews and one of them stood out the most to me.
I made an appointment immediately the same day and I was able to nab one with Alison (I hope I spelled your name right!). loved the vibe of the place. It was welcoming and the items for sale were reasonably priced and cute. I filled out my first time customer card and then I was taken directly to the chair, which I found odd BUT I was glad I was taken there first. Alison sat with me and asked me multiple questions. She gave me her professional input and I allowed her creative freedom along the way. She asked how short I want it, what style I want, and what else I’m looking for in my hair cut. When it was time for the cut, she was super friendly, professional, and she was updating me on what was being done. I was also telling her throughout the process what more I wanted to be done and she did it. I said I wanted an inch cut and she only cut an inch. I asked for bangs and Alison gave me the best bangs I have had in a while. I have been wanting the hairstyle I have for a VERY long time and no hairstylist in the city was able to give it to me. When Alison was done, I was so happy. I couldn’t stop playing with my hair when I got home.
I live in Brooklyn and for many years, I have been hopping stylists because I would never get what I wanted even when I would specifically state what I wanted. My expectations have always been low and I would just “whatever” hairstyle and wait for my hair to grow back. Not many people know how to do layers or bangs properly. Alison blew me out of the water. I may live in Brooklyn but I will be doing the drive to Southold (thankfully my mom lives here) whenever I can to get my haircut.
The salon is very clean, the haircut is priced well, and the staff is beyond friendly.
Alison, thank you so much for giving me the haircut I have wanted for a long time and for listening to what I was looking for. Your creative and professional input helped me a lot as well.

“Best experience ever!! I needed to fix a very bad dye job that left a 3” band of much darker hair all around my head. After we talked a bit about my hair and what I wanted, I was in the chair and on my way to gorgeous hair. They fixed the bad dye job (being the miracle workers that they are) and added beautiful highlights all over. They gave me a great haircut to really show off the new color and highlights.
I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
