I contracted with M Stevens to replace a roof, siding, and several windows in my North Fork home. During construction several structural deficiencies in the house were uncovered requiring a major rehab. The work performed by M Stevens was exemplary and transformative, breathing new life into a somewhat ramshackle 80+ year old dwelling beset with serious structural problems. M Stevens combination of construction expertise, craftsmanship, and design savvy were critical to the success of the restoration. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and have concluded that M Stevens was the perfect contractor for what this home needed. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Mike of M. Stevens Roofing was selected to install a new flat roof and all new gutters for my client's property in Bridgehampton/Water Mill. Despite being considered amongst several roofers, his pricing came in very fair for the scope of work we needed performed. In terms of additional value, he carries the longest warranty offered and has more than adequate insurance compared against the competition, as well as having his licensing clearly displayed on his website. His great crew of workers led by foreman Oscar showed up on the installation date and performed great work on a very beautiful new EPDM roof with new insulation and plywood. M Stevens replaced our roof about 13 years ago. They were quick, neat, and did great work at a reasonable price. Over time when a few off the shingles broke, I just texted photos to the owner who promptly repaired and replaced the shingles, under warranty. I would def recommend them without reservation. A top notch contractor.
