They gave the wrong information on a bug. It was a roach not what they said. That was not good. Then never sent information like they said they would. Used to be a good company when Craig had it.

Our technician, Robert, was excellent. The office end, not so much. For 2 years in a row now, I have contracted for indoor baseboard application, making arrangement to have the house accessible, only to find out that no indoor application was made. Costs the same so no refund and had to make additional arrangements. The first technician who came before we arrived had to walk through a mine field of ant and mole hills and never made note of nor informed anyone of it and left it for us to deal with. I was with TickMasters who were purchased by JP McHale. Since this happened I get zero service, no one answers the phone and if someone does it’s a national answering service and I never get a call back.Very disappointing that I wasn’t given the option to choose this company, they simply bought me as a customer and now provide incredibly suboptimal service.
