My son and I waited for about an hour in the reception room as everyone else that came after us was seen. When I asked why the receptionist said first that we were late but we were not. Then she said we took too long filling forms. However, she was the one that delayed the process by saying i could not write a small note next to my signature that I quickly modified and returned to her.
