Sam helped me retrieve thousands of photos I thought were lost forever. I had stored them in a drive as a iPhoto library and had the original hard drive but retrieving them was impossible and very slow. Sam worked a lot on it and texted with me frequently and helped me upload them all on the cloud. Very very happy that I found his service.

Sam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my computer problem and corrected it promptly. It's very refreshing to have someone come into your home and know precisely what he is doing. Beyond being great at repairing tech items, he is just a very nice person, and his pricing is more than fair..I will never use anyone but Sam ever again for my computer issues!!
